Refund Policy

  • Return Window:

    You have 14 days from receiving the product to notify Chopfashion and return the item. 

  • Condition of Return:

    The item must be in its original condition and packaging, including any gift boxes or envelopes. 

  • Contact Customer Support:

    To initiate a return, contact Hallmark's customer support team at chopfashion@yahoo.com

  • Return Postage:

    The customer is responsible for covering the cost of return postage. 

  • Damaged or Faulty Items:

    If the item is damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, contact customer support at chopfashion@yahoo.com, and include a photograph of the issue.
